BRR - CE Instructors/Courses -- REVOKED APPROVAL

1. Approval for ALL CE Courses for America's Best have been revoked. AmBest is still approved to teach both broker and salesperson prelicensing courses.

2. Approval for ALL CE and prelicensing courses for Christopher Higgins (MT Real Estate Pro) has been revoked.

Both of these providers had couses removed for noncompliance with Board Rules. Please feel free to direct any questions to:

MAR: CRS 111 and SFR Certification

As you know, the CRS 111 course counts towards the SFR Certification offered through NAR. The $174 application fee is waived through Right Tools, Right Now, until March 31, so everyone who takes this course is eligible. Attached, SFR Brochure & SFR Application. Robert Morris (instructor) talks about the SFR in his presentation, so you will get all of the information from him as well.

Becoming SFR Certified

The path to pursuing the SFR certification is straightforward. Follow these four steps:

1. Be a member in good standing of the National Association of REALTORSﾮ

2. Complete a qualifying core course. Choose ONE of the following:
