The Support Staff Meeting and Lunch this year had a super turnout and valuable information both to them for their use in serving your needs and to our staff here with great suggestions for changes and ideas. It is a great event for communicating information out and communicating needs in. The same presentation that was given at the Participant meeting was given with a slant towards your support staff and how they can assist you. We also went over other MLS business on several topics. We appreciated the many many thank you calls, emails and notes we received back from those who attended. Participants, you are to be commended for your dedication to increasing your staff's tools to do a good job for you and for allowing them to share changes that make your lives easier. This kind of communication makes us all do our jobs better. We look forward to the next event in the fall!

IDX services will soon be moving from being hosted in house at NMAR, MLS and will be hosted from FBS in Fargo. If you are one of the few Firms who use FTP you will need to arrange to continue that process through FBS and there is a charge for the service. We will let you know when you can make that contact but you should let your webmaster know as soon as possible. If you wish to switch to a framed IDX website now, before the move then there will be no fees. Contact Keith if you wish to do that. He will be in Fargo next week for training so let him know of your interest this week if you like so that he can get you on a list for service after he returns. I am sorry to inform you that our REALTORÂ® member, Mike Grende passed away yesterday after a long battle with brain cancer. He knew the days he had left and spent valued time with his loved ones and died in his easy chair with them along side of him. There will be a bonfire ceremony to say farewell to him but no funeral, as he wished. NMAR will send a memorial and will find out where others can also send condolences. Jayne will have that information so contact her if you need it. Thank you.
