How to Become a Member
Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Northwest Montana Association of Realtors.
To join NMAR, you must hold a current Montana Real Estate License. You must complete the Association Application, pay the application fee, and attend the two days of orientation and pay the appropriate annual Realtor dues.
To join as an Affiliate member, complete that application, pay the application fee, pay the appropriate dues, and then attend the Fair Housing portion of the first day of orientation.
If you are the broker/owner of a new office and wish to purchase MLS Participation, complete the Participant and Association Applications, and pay the appropriate dues and fees associated with each as well as attend the orientation.
To join just the MLS, you must belong to another Realtor Association in Montana, complete the MLS-Only Application and pay the appropriate fees as well as attend the second day of orientation.
