Licenses Status Change

Moving offices or changing your license status can get pretty confusing when you don't know the steps.

Do these steps!

  1. It doesn't matter who contacts NMAR, but the brokerage should have a system on who contacts who.

If the agent is changing offices.

  1. The New Supervising Broker needs to designate the agent under their supervision. This is done on the Montana Board of Realty Regulation website.
  2. As soon as NMAR is informed, we will send a form to the new Designated REALTOR® to change the agent's status.
  3. Submit the completed Change Form back to NMAR and it will be processed within 3 business days.
  4. All changes will be made to membership records and SentriLock.
  5. NMAR will send the updated information to the staff at Montana Regional MLS (Matrix) who will update their system.
  6.  Staff at MRMLS can be contacted via email: office@406mls.com or via phone: 406-752-0416
