Each month, NMAR publishes the latest Monthly Indicators report from Montana Regional MLS, tracking residential real estate activity across Flathead, Lincoln, and Lake Counties. The report covers single family homes and townhouse/condo properties, with key metrics including new listings, pending and closed sales, days on market, median and average sales prices, percent of list price received, housing affordability, and months supply of inventory.
The April 2026 report shows all-property closed sales up 28.7% year-over-year, with a median sales price of $641,500, a 6.0% increase. Single family pending sales rose 20.2% and townhouse/condo pending sales surged 152.9%. Days on market for all properties fell 16.3%, signaling a faster-moving market compared to April 2025.
