Tim is a founding board member of the Flathead Marines Non-Profit and has been their treasurer since 2014. He is responsible for the Marines taking over the maintenance of the Flathead County Veterans Memorial saving the county $5500 per year. He and another Marine spearheaded the Marines taking on the 4th of July Parade to keep the tradition going. The Flathead Marines Non-Profit, supported by this year’s Good Neighbor Winner will receive a $1000 contribution from the NMAR Charitable Foundation.

WHAT IS A FLATHEAD MARINES, INC?

Started in 2008, the Flathead Marines is a local organization of U.S. Marines and those who have served with Marines.

Our goal is to foster camaraderie among Marines and their families, to support active duty Marines, to assist Marine Corps Programs that benefit the Valley we live in, to instill Esprit De Corps and Marines Corps Values in our local Community, and to provide support for other veterans’ organizations, other veterans, and their families.
