Hearing & Grievance Subcommittees

Hearing Subcommittee

The Hearing Panel listens to the complainant and respondent, then meets in executive session to determine whether a violation occurred or an arbitrable dispute is warranted.

Grievances Subcommittee

Provides preliminary review of ethics cases and arbitration requests. Three to five REALTORS® serve as a screening committee, determining whether the facts support moving a case forward.

Interested in Either?

Both subcommittees require Professional Standards training. Reach out to Jeri Moon to learn about upcoming training dates.
