NMAR's Education Program offers 90 to 100+ CE credit hours every year, run by a dedicated team of volunteers. Here's everything you need to know: vouchers, registration rules, attendance policy, and your compliance deadlines.

Education Vouchers

Covers negotiations, commercial real estate, marketing, technology tools, and more across the 2026 program. Both REALTORS® and Affiliates can purchase at member rates, non-members can too, at a different rate.

Member Voucher

For NMAR REALTOR® and Affiliate members. Covers the full 2026 program.

Non-Member Voucher

$200

For non-members who want access to the full 2026 education program.

Pay Per Credit

Cycle 8 Compliance: Due December 31, 2027

Every REALTOR® must complete two requirements once per 3-year cycle. Both are currently open for Cycle 8 (1/1/2025 – 12/31/2027).

Two Requirements, One Deadline

Code of Ethics Training

Required once per 3-year cycle. If you take it online, email your certificate to info@nmar.com and check your status through NAR.

Fair Housing Training

Meet this requirement several ways: the free self-paced Fair Haven course, a Bias Override session, At Home with Diversity, a local Fair Housing course, or C2EX new endorsements.
