Classes must be registered for by noon the day prior, and you'll need to select either in-person or virtual attendance. Registering for both platforms for the same class isn't allowed, unaddressed double registrations incur a $25 fee.

If you're feeling unwell, cancel your in-person registration more than 24 hours before class and switch to the virtual option. Same-day cancellations must be emailed to Jayne at least 1 hour before class.

Keep your Zoom window visible throughout class to receive credit. Virtual Verification Forms are no longer required, but save the classroom chat if you need it for your own records.

To receive CE credit, attendees must remain for 90% of the first hour and 100% of each subsequent hour. Switching between in-person and virtual must be requested by noon the day before class.

CE certificates are emailed 5 to 10 business days after class (subject line: "Your Certificate of Completion is ready"). You can also access them anytime in the NMAR Member Portal under "Continuing Education."
