2026 Rookie of the Year
Lindsey Erickson

Brokerage: PureWest Real Estate, Kalispell
Licensed Since: February 2024
NMAR Member Since: January 2025
Lindsey Erickson's path into real estate started with a retirement plan. After 25 years at National Flood Services, the last several as CEO, Lindsey got her real estate license in early 2024 to prepare for what came next. She joined NMAR that January, but didn't actually step away from her previous career and start selling real estate full-time until August 2025.
Since then, she's made up for lost time. Within months of joining PureWest Real Estate, Lindsey was asked to join the Connect Montana Real Estate Team, and she volunteered to take on team leadership, transaction coordination, and deal management, on top of her own production, at no cost to her teammates. She's supported her two business partners on 10 additional deals while building her own client base from scratch.
Lindsey brought her flood insurance background back into the industry in an unexpected way: she partnered with the Montana DNRC to build and teach floodplain management continuing education courses, free to participants, in both Missoula and Kalispell this spring. She's also active on NMAR's Government Affairs Committee and the CRS committee, and is working toward her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, held by fewer than 4% of industry professionals nationally.
Outside of real estate, Lindsey's volunteer record reads like a full-time second job: Shepherd's Hand, Daybreak Rotary Club, adopt-a-highway since 2015, Arbor Day tree planting since 2018, blood donation since 2010, and sponsorship of a child through Compassion International since 2020. She's logged 18 hours of continuing education in the last 12 months alone.
