2/19/2025 - Recent Updates
- NMAR Offices will be closed February 27th-28th to allow the Association to move to 2282 US 93 South, Kalispell, MT. During this transition, we will have limited access to our emails. On March 3rd, we will open at our new location.

[1/27/2025] Building Updates
We have closed on property at 2282 U.S. 93 S, Kalispell, MT 59901. Classes, Committee Meetings, and General Membership Meetings will still be held at the 110 Cooperative Way location through February.
[1/15/2025] Building Updates
- We have sold our current location and NMAR is leasing through February. 110 Cooperative Way will be available for lease beginning March 1, 2025. If you have an interested client, contact James Williamson for more details.
- Hutton Ranch Land is available for purchase. We will be preparing an RFP to identify a listing broker. Please inquire if you would like to be included in the RFP distribution.
- We are under contract to purchase a building and should close January 27, 2025.
12/2/2024 [NMAR's Office Hours]
- Office hours for NMAR will transition starting January 1st to 9:00am-5:00pm M-F.
