2025 REALTOR Celebration Award Winners

Kalispell— Thursday at the 2025 REALTOR® Celebration, members of the Northwest Montana Association of REALTORS® gathered to celebrate at Flathead Valley Community College and announce the winners of this years’ REALTOR® Awards.

2025 REALTOR® of the Year: Jesse Plevel, Re/Max Mountain View

Brokers who qualify for REALTOR® of The Year are held to high criteria. They must achieve high levels of involvement in their REALTOR® Association and civic activities. The winner of the REALTOR® of the Year award is Jesse Plevel, Re/Max Mountainview in Columbia Falls.

Jean Carter Spirit Award: Joni McKiernan

In 2014, NMAR created the Jean Carter Spirit Award, named in honor of an individual who went above and beyond every measure for her REALTOR® community. This award goes to a REALTOR® who truly portrays the REALTOR® spirit who has given back to our members, industry, and communities as well as demonstrates the meaning of the Golden Rule. This award may not be given out every year and is a big honor to receive. This year the Jean Carter Spirit Award was awarded to Joni McKiernan.

NMAR Good Neighbor Award: Bruce Young

The NMAR Good Neighbor Award recognizes REALTORS® who make a positive impact on their community and gifts the organization through which they volunteer time and talents. This annual award seeks to highlight, inspire, and perpetuate the individual contributions within the real estate industry toward improving the community we live in. The winner of the NMAR Good Neighbor Award is Bruce Young with the Flathead Lakers.
