Tricia Brisendine

Tricia Brisendine has spent 23 years as a licensed real estate professional, and she'll tell you there's a difference between holding a license and choosing to be a REALTOR®. For Tricia, that choice means holding herself to the Code of Ethics as a daily standard, not a reference document she pulls out when things get complicated.

As broker-owner of her own independent brokerage since 2018, Tricia leads by example, both in her business and in NMAR leadership. She currently serves as NMAR's President-Elect, heading into the Association's presidency in 2027, chairs the Professional Standards Committee, and sits on the Government Affairs Committee. At the state level, she's a Montana Association of REALTORS® Board Director. This summer, she attended NAR's mid-year legislative meetings in Washington, D.C., where she sat down with Senator Daines to talk about Montana housing and industry issues.

Her community involvement runs just as deep. Tricia has served as Vice President of the Flathead Valley United Soccer Club since 2016 and co-organizes an annual cleat drive that removes the cost barrier so more kids in the valley can play. Between her four children, she's spent 15 years volunteering in Kalispell's schools, in classrooms, on field trips, and at sporting events, while also donating financially to school and program needs along the way.

Tricia earned her business degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2000 and built her early career through the 2008 financial crisis before relocating her practice to Montana. More than two decades later, she says the same principle still drives her: that every REALTOR® has an obligation not just to their clients, but to the communities they serve.
