As someone still learning NMAR inside and out, this survey has been incredibly insightful. It's helped me see what members value, what is confusing, and how we can make the Association clearer and more useful. Your feedback is guidance. It is shaping how we communicate, the programs we offer, and why being a REALTOR® matters beyond MLS access.

- Dissatisfied: a small handful
💡 Key takeaway: There were two main indicators among members who reported dissatisfaction. First, many were not actively involved. Second, some comments were related to MLS issues, which are handled separately and not operated by NMAR.

Where We Are Focusing Next
Your feedback drives our priorities:
- Clearer communication about membership perks
- Highlighting wins and resources that may not be visible day to day
- Technology and training upgrades: new classroom coming soon for better virtual and in-person learning
- Transparency on how local, state, and national REALTOR® associations work together
This year, the goal is simple: less confusion about NMAR, why it exists, and how being a REALTOR® gives you professional tools, ethical standards, and a voice in the industry on top of MLS access.
