What continuing education do I need to keep my license and my REALTOR® membership?

For Your Real Estate License
The Montana Board of Realty Regulation (BRR) requires all Real Estate Salespersons to complete a minimum of 12 CE credits. Brokers with the Supervising Broker Endorsement must also complete 12 CE credits, 4 of which must be the Supervising Broker Update course.

For Your REALTOR® Membership
Separate from your license credits, NAR requires Code of Ethics training and Fair Housing training once every 3 years to remain a REALTOR®. This is a membership requirement, not a state licensing requirement.
