
Wrapping Up a Steller Education Year and Looking Ahead to 2026

The Northwest Montana Association of REALTORS® (NMAR) celebrated a successful 2025 education year, providing members with a dynamic mix of classes designed to expand knowledge, sharpen skills, and prepare for the evolving real estate market.
This year’s curriculum offered both hybrid and in-person options, delivering approximately 108 continuing education credit hours across a wide variety of timely topics. NMAR members engaged in courses that covered everything from legal updates to cutting-edge technology, including:

Across dozens of offerings, NMAR provided hands-on learning, expert insights, and interactive sessions, ensuring members could immediately apply lessons to their daily business.

Looking Ahead: 2026 Education
The Professional Development Committee is already gearing up for the next year. The 2026 Education Calendar promises another mix of hybrid and in-person courses, designed to keep NMAR members ahead of industry trends and regulatory updates.
Class registration for 2026 opens January 5th, 2026, and members can expect a diverse lineup of workshops, Lunch & Learns, and specialty sessions covering the latest topics.
Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI)
The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), offered by the Montana Association of REALTORS®, is a four-day, in-person program designed to strengthen your skills across all areas of real estate—legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process.
Earning the GRI designation demonstrates a commitment to professionalism, provides a solid educational foundation, and is recognized nationally. It’s a powerful tool to attract and grow your business.
