NMAR Concludes Successful 2024 Education Year

The Northwest Montana Association of REALTORS® (NMAR) has wrapped up its 2024 education year with remarkable success, highlighted by robust attendance for key courses including the 2024 Forms Revamp Class, Forms 201, and Legal Forums with Jaymie Bowditch.
Jayne Yatchak, NMAR's Professional Development Director, described the year as "fast-paced with numerous opportunities to expand and deepen your knowledge of the real estate industry." The curriculum, carefully selected by the Professional Development Committee, covered a wide range of topics including:
- Negotiations (highly requested)
- Commercial real estate
- Physical and digital safety
- Social Media Ethics
- Marketing
- Artificial Intelligence and ChatGPT
- And much more
2024 Education Program Highlights
- 34 classes and Lunch & Learns offered
- 116.5 Continuing Education (CE) credits available
- 2,050 total attendees
- 925 in-person participants
- 1,125 virtual attendees
- Excellent value: Full participation in all 30 classes via the Education Voucher resulted in a cost of just $0.85 per credit
Looking Ahead to 2025
The Professional Development Committee is already preparing for another exciting year. They're eager to unveil the new 2025 intro video and have hinted at some intriguing surprises.
Upcoming Opportunity: GRI hosted by MAR
NMAR is proud to pass the torch to the Montana Association of REALTORS® (MAR) this October as they host the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) at the Hilton Garden Inn. 2025 NMAR Education Year
While the 2024 education year has concluded, plans for 2025 are nearly complete. NMAR is excited about the upcoming lineup of instructors and classes. The 2025 Education Calendar will be distributed towards the end of the year, with class registration opening on January 2, 2025.
