Billing Reminder: Coming Up Next Month

Your annual SentriLock bill will be going out soon. Here are the key dates to keep in mind, the bill this year is $60.

JUNE 1 - Bill goes out
JULY 1 - Payment due
JULY 10 - $25 late fee applies
AUGUST 7 - Account suspended if unpaid

We know SentriLock lockboxes can occasionally give you grief, and we want to make sure you get the help you need as quickly as possible. We get a lot of questions at the office, so we put this guide together to be upfront about what we can and cannot help with, and to point you to the right resources.

The short version: for common issues, start with SentriLock's support line or the guides linked below. For a few specific things, we are right here for you.

What We Can Help With

Purchasing a Lockbox
We sell SentriLock lockboxes right here at the office. During busy season they go fast, so it is best to call ahead before making the trip in.

Batteries for Older Boxes
If your older lockbox is losing power, stop by and we can provide replacement batteries to get you back up and running.

Charging Paddles
If your box dies before you have a chance to change the batteries, we have paddles available to help you access it in the meantime.

Lockbox Transfers
Need to transfer a lockbox from one agent to another? Just give us a call or send us an email with the lockbox number and we will take care of it.

Heads up during busy season: We go through lockboxes quickly in the spring and summer months. Please call ahead to confirm availability before coming in to purchase. We would hate for you to make the trip for nothing!

What We Cannot Help With

We wish we could do more. Unfortunately, we do not use SentriLock lockboxes ourselves, which means we are not familiar enough with the mechanics to troubleshoot most issues. All mechanical problems, firmware questions, and technical malfunctions will need to go directly to SentriLock's support team.

That said, fellow REALTORS® can be a great resource too. If you know someone who has dealt with a similar problem, do not hesitate to ask around. The REALTOR® community here in Northwest Montana is a helpful one.
