April was a busy month for the Northwest Montana real estate market, with more buyers and sellers jumping into the market as spring gets underway.

Closed sales were up 28.7% from last year, and pending sales also saw a big increase, showing that buyer activity is staying strong. Homes sold faster this April too, with the average time on market dropping compared to a year ago.

Single-family home prices increased to a median price of $680,000, while condos and townhomes saw lower median prices than last year. Condo and townhouse inventory also grew, giving buyers a few more options to choose from.

Overall, the market is staying active and competitive, especially for homes that are priced well and move-in ready.
